MEET DWAYNE
A fourth-generation Campbell County resident, Dwayne Dillinger is running as a conservative leader for the Wyoming State Senate in District 23 to bring practical, community-first representation to Cheyenne.

As the Executive Director of Campbell County Parks and Recreation, Dwayne has proven his capability to oversee critical infrastructure, manage public budgets responsibly, and collaborate directly with residents to keep the region a premier place to live, work, and raise a family.
